Great news, we’ve scooped not one but two industry awards for Bioglitter® at one of Asia’s most prestigious industry awards.
Our new microplastic free glitter, Cosmetic Bioglitter® PURE, claimed the top prize in the green and sustainable category, at the PHCI Fountain Awards 2019.
Not only that we picked up another award for our naturally degradable, Bioglitter™ SPARKLE.
Asia’s biggest awards for cosmetic, personal care and household products, picking up a Fountain award is a major coup for us and we are all really delighted.
Our director, Stephen Cotton said: “We’re absolutely made up to see both of our glitters recognised in the green and sustainable category.
“Bioglitter™ is completely unique in the industry. It is the first glitter which will degrade naturally in the environment and Cosmetic Bioglitter™ PURE is the first, 100% microplastic free glitter.
“It is great the judges recognised the qualities in both glitters. We are working hard to combat plastic pollution and we have the product that provides a solution to solving the glitter litter issue.”
The Cosmetic Bioglitter® PURE product is a true revolution for the sparkles industry. It is made from natural products including cellulose, boasts the OK Biodegradable Water Certification from TÜV and is completely microplastic free, making it compliant with microbead legislation worldwide now and in the future. As well as antimony free it’s also aluminium free, making it FDA cosmetic compliant for use in lip cosmetics.
The Bioglitter™ SPARKLE is available worldwide and is being used by some of the biggest cosmetic, fashion and retail brands.
Cosmetic Bioglitter™ PURE has been in development but will be available commercially by the end of March 2019.
